Removed door panel, extracted the corroded unit, cleaned the roller pocket with a wire brush, and pressed in a stainless-rated replacement before re-hanging the panel.

Track was packed with poolside debris — sand, leaf matter, and dried lubricant buildup had created a rough surface that was chewing through the roller wheels.
